RECIPES:

When using SEA CHA ⚓ to cook with just substitute 1/3 or less of the water you use for whatever you are cooking. For example if the recipe for cooking rice called for a cup of water, then you would use a 1/3 of a cup of SEA CHA  and 2/3 cup of water {we highly recommend CHA Alkaline-Spring water) so that the total amount of water is still 1 cup of water. 

For typical use just add a Tablespoon of SEA CHA to a glass of  water/juice. You can also put it on food same as you would salt. Instead of shaking a salt container just spritz some on your food. In general anytime you would normally salt your food you can experiment using SEA CHA and have fun playing with your food.

SEA CHA is a specially filtered ocean sourced water. Our special process removes toxic chemicals, heavy metals {including lead and mercury},drugs and giardia. State water lab testing was used to verify that no harmful substances were found in it. We also go above and beyond what the state requires for water testing. Ultraviolet {UV} light disinfection is a well established method for disinfecting drinking water supplies by inactivating harmful microbes, such as bacteria, viruses, and protozoa. UV light works by penetrating the cell walls of microorganisms and damaging their DNA which prevents them from reproducing and infecting. State labs do not and municipal water does not require that type of filtration. That is another reason to choose SEA CHA.
